  • “Merchant” refers to a client using Drix to create and manage parcels.

By registering, accessing, or using Drix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users, including admins, merchants, riders, and visitors.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Drix only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of Drix.

Software License

  • Remove Drix branding or copyright notices without written consent.
Payments and Billing

For SaaS users or hosted clients:

  • You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, setup charges, or service costs as communicated.
  • Payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or as otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Data Collection and Privacy

Drix collects and stores business data such as parcel records, merchant details, and delivery logs to operate effectively.

We comply with local data protection laws to ensure the confidentiality and security of user data.

Service Availability

We strive to ensure Drix remains available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination
